Birdwaching - 13 Days
We are going to visit  the Metropolitan Natural Park. You should expect to see some species of birds that are rare if not absent in those areas. The beautiful Rosy Thrush-Tanager is common, as is the striking Lance-tailed Manakin. It's also a good place to look for Sepia-capped Flycatcher and you have a shot at the endemic Yellow-green Tyrannulet as well.

Panama Culture - 22 Days / 21 Nights
El Valle that is located at 700 meters above sea level in the crater of a gigantic volcano extinguished millions of years ago. During the tour you are going to visit the museum, the handicrafts market. El Nispero estate and observe the tiny golden frogs. There, we will visit the sqaure trees and we back to the hotel at 6:00 p.m.

Diving in Panama
